Generation WE provides school age children with literature that represents our many differences. We work closely with our **Librarian’s Council for Inclusive Literature to continually expand and refine our book list. Our goal to ensure that all children can see themselves reflected in the books that they read, and that they have the opportunity to learn about those around them, all through the power of stories.
**The Librarians Council for Inclusive Literature was created in partnership with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and is a braintrust of library experts and educators who meet regularly with our team to discuss pertinent topics and to curate a growing list of the most relevant children’s books.
